All-New 2019 Honda Passport is Ready for Adventure

The all-new 2019 Honda Passport is the newest SUV from Honda, providing SUV buyers a winning combination of off-road capability and on-road comfort. The Passport is sized in between the compact CR-V and three-row Pilot, and features the latest powertrain technology from Honda, including a direct-injected i-VTEC V6 engine and available Honda i-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel drive.

Standard features for the 2019 Passport include a 280 hp V6 engine, 9-speed automatic transmission, Honda Sensing safety and driver-assist technology, 20-inch alloy wheels and best-in-class underfloor cargo compartment for keeping gear and valuables out of sight.

Four trim levels are available, including a well-equipped Sport model, the upgraded EX-L with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Touring with even more advanced technology, and the top of the line Elite which includes standard all-wheel drive.

Available upgrades include a power tailgate with hands-free operation, a tilt/slide moonroof, wireless phone charging, a Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System, 4G LTE with in-vehicle Wi-Fi and HondaLink cloud-based vehicle services.

Honda’s Intelligent Traction Management system comes standard on all Passport models. All-wheel drive vehicles include different driving modes for various weather and terrain conditions, including snow, sand and mud.

Towing capacity is 3,500 pounds for front-wheel drive models, and 5,000 pounds for all-wheel drive models when equipped with the optional towing package. The standard multi-view camera system also makes connecting to a trailer simple with its bird’s eye view of the hitch and trailer.
